Public terms
Last updated: April 2026
These terms describe the baseline rules for using DocPure. They are intentionally plain-language and should be replaced or approved by counsel before larger commercial rollout.
You may use DocPure only for lawful document processing workflows and only for files you are authorized to upload, process, edit, store, and export.
OCR, conversion, extraction, and PDF editing output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, illegal content, payment failure, security risk, or activity that threatens service reliability.
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled. Usage limits, storage limits, feature access, and support levels may vary by plan.
Do not upload malware, infringing content, unlawful records, or data you are not permitted to process. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, access controls, or document ownership checks.
DocPure may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocPure is provided without warranties and liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
These terms are a launch baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial use, enterprise contracting, government work, or regulated-industry deployments.
Cancelling a paid Stripe subscription schedules provider cancellation at the end of the billing period. Local product access rules should remain aligned with that billing behavior.
