Public policy
Last updated: April 2026
This policy explains how DocPure handles information when customers use the document processing workspace. It is a launch baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial use, especially for regulated or cross-border data.
DocPure processes account details, uploaded documents, extracted text, document metadata, usage records, support messages, device and log data, and billing metadata needed to provide and secure the service.
Uploaded files are used to provide OCR, conversion, PDF editing, storage, downloads, previews, batch jobs, and related workflow features. We do not sell uploaded documents or customer personal data.
Documents and metadata may be handled by infrastructure, storage, OCR, email, analytics, payment, monitoring, and support providers only as needed to operate DocPure and protect the service.
Customers are responsible for having the right to upload and process documents, including documents that contain personal data, confidential records, regulated records, or third-party information.
You may delete documents or request account deletion through the product or support channels. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
DocPure uses authenticated access, private document authorization, server-side quota checks, and hashed API keys. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and customers should avoid uploading data they are not authorized to process.
Use the in-product support channel or account contact route to ask for access, correction, export, or deletion assistance. Identity and ownership checks may be required before account or document requests are fulfilled.
